Accounts Payable Specialist-Property/Real Estate

Position Overview:

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in California. This role is focused on supporting the finance department with their accounts payable.

Responsibilities:

Property/Real Estate and Yardi experience is highly preferred, though not mandatory. The role involves managing accounts payable processes efficiently to ensure smooth financial operations within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts payables or a related financial role.
• Familiarity with RE and Yardi systems is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills to address any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Required Work Hours

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be required to work Monday through Friday, following a standard first-shift schedule.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive hourly pay range, with a minimum pay of $26 and a maximum pay of $29.
